Watch Repair - We are able to fix most brands, regardless of age. If you only require a new battery, band or band adjustment, we can perform most of these duties while you wait. Our watchmaker provides full overhaul service on mechanical and quartz watch movements and issues a one warranty.

Appraisals - At Richardson's Jewellery, we tap into the experience of one the best appraisers you can find anywhere. We can appraise all kinds of jewellery, diamonds, gem stones, watches and much more. If you have not had your jewellery appraised in the last five years, we recommend you have it documented in detail today. The majority of appraisals are done today for the purpose of obtaining insurance coverage in case of loss, damage or theft. Appraisals can also be used for other situations such as estate evaluation, value comparisons, and for barter purposes when wishing to sell. We also keep a copy of your appraisal on file for future reference.
Insurance Replacement Assistance - Allow us to assist you in your time of need. We specialize in helping you find replacement jewellery when you experience an unexpected loss.Our access to a diverse and deep selection of manufactures enable us to find the exact piece you are looking to replace. Our professional staff will identify jewellery of equal kind, quality and value as the original. We have a large inventory selection within our store and we are able to bill insurance companies directly.
Custom Design - You may have your own idea for jewellery. We can do start to finish design and production of jewellery in your individual style at any time. At our store location, we host 2 restyling events each year, bringing in a special guest designer each time. We'll help you put your ideas on paper and our craftsmen can create the piece of your dreams in the metal of your choice. We can even use gemstones that you already have and no creation is too difficult to produce. Let us turn that old unworn jewellery into something fresh and exciting; a one of a kind creation you will cherish for years to come.
Engraving - Our engraver can add that personal touch. If you would like your wedding rings personalized for example, we can engrave the inside with "I DO" or "FOREVER".
Lab Reports - Would you like an independent opinion on your diamond or gemstone? Gem labs actually plot and document the visible imperfections in your diamond, kind of like having it's own finger print on file for identification purposes. We can help select the right lab for your report. We'll make certain it gets there safely and explain the terminology when it comes back.
Pearl/Bead Restringing - Did you know pearls need restringing every few years? We can make your necklace or bracelet look new. Graduated or multi strands are no problem for our experts. Don't neglect any pearl heirloom when it is so easy to protect.
